A New Year Begins
January 6, 2013
And I still walk the shorelines of HILO
a wandering minstrel
mostly silent now
but sending thousands of words
This is Hilo Bay in the early days of the New Year.. the undersea railroad, the singing bridge, and the ship comes in on new year’s day.
A bridge to a place you have never imagined..
A bay on an island that’s blessed by the gods..
There’s nothing to say yet i fill in the spaces
With whatever occurs to my mind at the time..
Even though it may seem odd
I turn it all over to the greatest good
I give it all back to the spirit of God
a thousand words, in the beginning were one
the beginning was a Word
& i press on with my belief in the journey down the stream of
conciousness
as my only anchor & my beaming lighthouse
Moku Ola Tower

A familiar landmark on Coconut Island in Hilo Bay
and some other shorelines and recent visions…
(After a little consternation concerning my own confusion about my multiple weblogs and the reasons therefor, I’ve decided to relax and keep all of them, posting whatever occurs to me as i always have, without even worrying about which one i’m on, so welcome to the world of
BEAUTY OUT OF CHAOS
Just the other day..
And again another day, and again..
with snow
already weeks ago
as time flies\ faster than i can catch it..
ALOHA again and always /~

Branching out from family photos
We now introduce a new weblog
Long-planned yet still unprepared
We are guided by the words of the Searchers
To begin near the mouth of the Wailuku
At the rock known as Maui’s Canoe
(Wailuku River, 2 blocks from downtown Hilo)
Facing makai (seaward) from the Keawe St. Bridge we see what’s often called “The Singing Bridge”
because of the sounds it makes when driven on…
And upstream through the vines, a few waterfalls.
that Hilo is the most beatuiful
town in the world!”
& Leleiwi glows…
